Comments & ReviewsMade me re-think - Written by wegobad
I had taught go to children for a couple of years, and this book re-inspired me. It also showed me a few things I have been doing wrong, and forced me to re-think exactly what I was doing, and why. I think all go teachers should read it. Since it’s very short, perhaps even all go players should read it. (Then there would be more go teachers; then more go players…) Very interesting - Written by DrStraw
![]() This short book is an explanation of how Go can be used in a way I would never have thought of. It only took a couple of hours to read and it has nothing relation to thew study of go. If you have any interest in the philosophical or education value of the game you might enjoy reading it. It opened my eyes to aspects of the game I had not even considered. The author spent many hours teaching go to children, the elderly and the handicapped and this is an explanation of the very positive benefits that result from this. Highly recommened if you think you might ever try to teach the game to any group of people who might have difficulty with it. Once again, the list of similar products is totally inappropriate.
