Comments & ReviewsGreat book - Written by Alan56
![]() Another excellent offering for low-kyu players. Nate’s comment is a fair one, and I’d endorse it – do try to read the problem out in your head till you feel you have it. However, the book itself makes an equally valid suggestion, which is to try and prove the given “correct” answer is WRONG until you are convinced beyond doubt that it does actually work. Extremely Useful - Written by Nate
I found this book to be extremely useful. I suggest trying to do the problems in your head, and not checking the answers until you are very convinced your answer is correct. I’d estimate that this book helped my reading ability by about 2 stones. Note that the ratings are probably a stronger then the title claims. Players up to 18kyu will probably be challenged by a few of these problems.
